Our Attorneys

C. Evan Rollins-Much like his brother and father, Evan is a lifelong resident of Cecil County and the State of Maryland. Evan graduated from Bohemia Manor High School in 2000 and joined his brother on the campus of Western Maryland College. In high school he too had strong ties to the community through academics, sports and community service. In addition, Evan has formed strong bonds with local community members through hunting and fishing. Evan Graduated from Western Maryland College in 2004 and immediately began his quest to become an Attorney and active member of the Cecil County Bar Association, showing a strong passion to follow in the footsteps of his family members even at a young age. Unlike his father and brother, Evan decided to attend a Law School with more ties to the Cecil area, beginning at Widener School of Law in 2005. Evan Graduated from Widener in May of 2008 and passed the Bar Exam in November of that same year. During that time Evan also worked in the Cecil County Circuit Court as a law clerk for the Honorable Richard Eli Jackson. In January 2009, Evan joined the Rollins Law Group where he is now a junior partner. In 2007, Rollins Law Group, received the award for Best Law Firm in Cecil County, as voted on by the public.
